Italian coffee and fine coffee (single origin coffee) are our two main coffee specialties, both of which are brewed with home-made and fine Arabica coffee beans from Brazil, Maraba, Yirgacheffe, Columbia and Mandeling. With our profession in coffee making and brewing, we maintain high quality control and adopt unique production method from selection of fine coffee beans based on size, lustre, aging period, grindability, roasting to the blending ratio of coffee and milk and aftertaste.

Baking Technique
We specialise in different baking, fermentation and hand-made techniques. With selection of natural ingredients and non-mechanical and non-commercial baking techniques, we create bread and cakes with different mouthfeel and a perfect mix of taste and texture.

With regular visits to Europe, we learn the origin and culture of local traditional food and study in depth on the selection of ingredients, conventional seasoning and cooking method, so that we can understand local people’s love towards nostalgic food.
